FAQ's

1. What is the mode of training?

Currently we provide online trainings only.

2. What is the company specialized on?

ERP, Non-ERP Trainings, Trainings on Niche areas, Corporate trainings with Placement   assistance.

3. what about Server support if I need to access?

We provide 24/7 server support while you undergo training with us.

4. Who will troubleshoot all my technical logistic issues?

We have technical team, and they will troubleshoot issues arising out of software’s or other applications related to training.

5. What is the duration of the training?

Ideally for ERP- it goes for 6- 8 weeks, and non-ERP it will be 4-6 weeks.

6. What are the timings of the training?

Pre training and Exclusive training programs will be rigorous with morning and evening   sessions followed by assessment on a daily or weekly basis. However if the student is willing to take it during mornings hours we have no problem in conducting them as per the student’s preference.

7. What about faculty?

We have dedicated faculty who will ensure you get all the support whenever required during and after training hours.

8. What should be my OPT status when I join?

You, It would be good if you join before start of your OPT, your OPT start date should not exceed more than 2 or at the max close to 3 months when you join our training program. It is better for you to start early as you will be market ready by the time your OPT start and this will give you an added advantage to start on project in the first month of OPT itself.

9. Who are eligible for Pre- training at F1-OPT Graduates Career Fair?

Opt Students who already have some work experience in IT or who already got training from other training firm are eligible to join us for further advance level of training and marketing. But these students OPTs should be in the time frame of 3-6 months and not beyond that.

10. What is the process to enrol into Pre train OPT training program?

There would be technical and soft skills evaluation check , if you clear the evaluation then we would provide you Advance in-house training program, we provide accommodation to all short listed OPT students and train them on advance concepts and try and place them within 5-6 weeks.

11. Who are eligible for exclusive–OPT training?

Fresh Graduates and other visa status holders who are planning to start their career right from the beginning. Such individuals should have basic knowledge in their respective domains.

12. What is the process to enrol into Exclusive OPT training program?

There would be two levels of evaluation. in the first level we would be screening your non technical skills, once you are short listed then you are eligible to attend online base level training, once after successfully completion of base training then there will be technical evaluation done after which we invite you to our guest house provide you accommodation and provide you training for another 5-6 weeks of rigorous training and then start marketing your profile with our clients/vendors.

13. Who are eligible for Direct Hire?

OPT students or other visa category individuals who are having real time work experience (2-3 years at least) and who have good comm. skills and are willing to relocate anywhere in US can be considered for direct hire.

14. How the process for direct hire works?

We will screen the candidates who approach us for direct hire. After first level of screening, the candidate is referred to our Sales team who will again screen the candidate on various aspects. Once Sales team is confident of placing this candidate then we will send the candidate an NCA document which he has to sign giving us the exclusivity to market him or her. Once candidate sign the document then Sales team will start marketing the candidate and will try and place him/her within 4-6 weeks.

15. Do you provide the accommodation?

We provide accommodation to the qualified candidates based on certain conditions.

16. Will company provide transport facility when I arrive to Guest House?

No. You need to make your own arrangements to travel up to the Guest House.

17. How do I get to your Guest House?

Refer direction details section and provide the info through mail to the concerned person

18. Is it furnished?

It is a semi furnished guesthouse

19. Is there separate arrangement for ladies?

Yes, there will be separate rooms for ladies.

20. I am married person; can I stay with my spouse in guesthouse?

No. Accommodation is provided exclusive only for you; we cannot accommodate your wife even though accommodation is available in ladies guest house, GH is only for those attending the training programs with us at that point of time.

21. You said that you will provide accommodation to all short listed guys after base level training, is it mandatory to stay in guesthouse since this is also online?

Yes, it is mandatory to stay in our guest after base level training program for short listed candidates

22. Can I invite my same gender friends to stay on weekends?

No, we don’t allow your friends to stay in our guesthouse unless and until they too are part of the training program.

23. Do I have to carry my bedding?

Yes, you need to carry it along with your basic belongings.

24. Does the company take care of my food expenses?

Yes, the company will provide only food Expenses

25. Are there any Groceries stores nearby?

Yes, it takes 10-15min to reach Groceries shop. There are 2 Indian and 1 Mexican store.

26. How far is the distance between guesthouse and training room?

10 minutes walk-able distance

27. Does Company provide Internet at guest house?

We provide the Internet facility at lab for 24 hrs on working days.

28. After training where will be I placed?

You will be placed at the client location anywhere in U.S

29. Does Company take care of my interview?

The company takes care of your training; it will help you in creating profile of yours as per client’s requirement and also groom you for interviews.

30. Do you build my resume?

The company will provide you sample resumes, based on which you have to prepare your own resume with the skill set you know and what you learn in the training. Then the marketing team will assist you in brushing up and further re-modifying the resume.

31. Will there be guaranteed placements?

Enough opportunities are given to the prospect in the form of interviews, training, analysis, feedbacks and etc to bring out the best in him/her for getting the right job on his/her own. It is a two way process and we want the candidate to understand that he or she need to put in the same effort what we are putting while marketing him or her.

32. What if I don’t clear the interviews?

We will see for couple of interviews and if you are failing all the interviews then maybe we will ask you to move on your own and look for some other company. That call will be taken by the sales team who will be assisting you on the marketing front.

34. Clients for the company?

We have client all across US.

35. Can I get location preference for placement?

For the first One year the prospective is placed according to the company’s requirement, later the prospective can have a choice for relocation and our sales team will try and assist him/her as per their preference. But we don’t give full guarantee on that part.

36. What will you do if the project on which I am working is about to finish?

With the help of our Marketing team we will ensure, you are placed with a new client towards the end of the project.

37. What if I am not placed?

Then you will be on bench

38. For how much time will I be on bench?

We ensure you don’t come on bench, but in case if you do come we make certain to place you in 2 weeks time.

39. Will I be paid in bench?

No. We won’t pay to you.

40. Does the company take any contract tenure?

Once the candidate accepts the offer then he has to sign a contract with the company for 1year of billing and also a promissory note in case he leaves the company before the contract expires.

41. When will I be eligible for H1 status?

We file your H1 if you are working on a project and if H1 Quota still available during that time. If you are on STEM OPT, then we see to it that you completes at least anywhere between 18-22 months on it.

42. What if I want the company to file H1 immediately?

If you want the company to file then you have to pay the entire deposit for H1 processing which comes to around $4500 and this will be refunded after 1 yr of billing with the company. But this will be only done when you have project in hand.

43. What if I am not on the project?

If you are not on the project then the company will not file for your H1.

44. Will the company sponsor me green card under the perm process?

 Yes, after 12 months of working with the partner company. Perm process it will depend, you need to talk to HR manager regarding that option.

45. Will I be paid relocation expense once I get the job?

Yes, one-way air ticket for first 2 project (below 2000 hrs)

46. How many employees has the company hired so far?

More than 500+ consultants have worked with us in the past 10 yrs. currently we still have 200+ consultants working with us actively on various projects at our client locations.

47. What does the health insurance covered?

It Includes Medical and Dental.

48. What will be the pay package?

Refer the pay structure

49. Do I get any referral incentives if I refer some of my friends?

Yes! We provide referral incentives.

50. What type of Job Opportunities available with F1-OPT Graduates Career Fair?

We exclusively have Full Time Contract Opportunities in JAVA/J2EE, Pega, Oracle Apps, and Hyperion and C #.Net as a Web Developer /Programmer and many more.

51. What is Full time Contract Positions?

A full time (40 hours in a week) contract position under “Train and Hire “ program where initially we train you for 5-6 weeks and once you done with  the training program  within another 2-4 weeks we will get you a project with one of my client so technically you should be open to stay in our training facility for 8-10 weeks , since this contract position is at Client Location so after completion of training, you should be open for relocation- relocating to my client location, our training facility is located at Atlanta ,GA USA.

53. Do I get paid During Training?

During the Training program you get paid towards Groceries Expenses. Till you are confirmed for project 

54. DO you provide free Accommodation?

YES! We do provide free Accommodation to all shortlisted Trainees

55. What other Benefits I will receive?

56. Who is eligible for this “Train and Hire” program?

1. One who is having valid EAD –L2, OPT, Green Card ,TN1Visa
2. Strong knowledge in Object Oriented Programming concepts, SQL and Database Concepts
3. Open for Relocation – Must specify at least three Prefer Locations –Three States

57. Do you Sponsor H1 to INTERNATIONAL Students who are on their OPT VISA?

YES! We sponsor H1b within 6-12 months from or on aboard or at right time

58. Do you consider H4 candidates for “Train and Hire” program?

NO! We don’t Consider H4 Candidates as prospective candidates for this training program. As sponsoring H1b for H4 Candidates is AS GOOD AS sponsoring H1 to people who are outside USA ,I,e sponsoring H1 to people who are currently in INDIA ,CHINA, MALYASIA, RUSSIA, AFRICA, EUROPE ,Etc

60.  What is the minimum Contract Position Duration?

Average Duration of Contract Position 9-12 months

61. Can I take Remote Online Training?

Yes, but it would be case to case.

62.  Can I join this “Training program “by paying some amount as I m not interest in Employment?

Yes, but it would be case to case. But! We are not Training company, hence we cannot consider someone just for training; they should be available for Employment for 12 months.
