Position: Project Manager - Oracle EBS/Procurement R11/R12
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6 Months +
No of Positions: 2
Position1: One PM will be focused on our mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring projects in the EBS R11 space. (6 Months)
Position2: The second PM will be focused on our Procurement projects (Oracle R12), and also own some Finance projects (R11)
The candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling scope of systems implementation projects, and managing the activities of cross-functional project teams in the delivery of technology solutions.
In delivering system implementation initiatives, the candidate will be responsible for:
* Developing and maintaining the overall project plan;
* Managing/delivering all project tracking and reporting;
* Managing the on-time and on-budget delivery;
* Working across teams to define the project staffing and managing throughout the lifecycle of delivery;
* Managing all communications (project team, management level and business partners);
* Managing project risks and issues, working across teams and organizations to reach consensus and drive resolutions; and
* Managing both business client and project team expectations for delivery.
Core skills required for the candidate include:
* Experience managing projects in an IT environment;
* Strong oral and written communication skills including ability to coordinate cross-functional communications;
* Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate and engage a diverse project team;
* Strong facilitation and relationship management skills; and
* Ability to operate as a subject matter expert for area of responsibility.
