     Skills:
    *   The DBA would have 5+ years of experience administering DB2 on MVS including version 9 and version 10.  If they knew IMS and/or UDB that would be a bonus but is not required.

    *   They should have experience in the following areas of database administration for DB2 on MVS:

    *   Database Implementation & Design

    *   Database Performance Monitoring and Tuning Database Availability, Backup & Recovery, and Database Administration & Management.
