Job Description:
We need SFDC CRM Techno-functional Lead/Onsite Coordinator with following skill sets.
SFDC Configuration and Customization, XML, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, Apex coding and Web services Integration
Salesforce.com CRM And Force.com
Good understanding on Sales and Service Cloud
Cast Iron experience will be added advantage.
Role & Responsibilities:
Able to understand current systems and their functionalities.
Participate in end to end solution design with TEC Business and IT
Understand application business objective and document it (BRD).
Participate in functional design documentation.
Coordinate with onsite stakeholders and off-shore project team as Communication Bridge.
Give presentation to end customers on weekly development progress and user interface implemented and get their feedback for improvement.
Participates in design reviews to evaluate and ensure that the design being applied meets policies, principles, and standards.
Involve in unit testing, system testing and regression testing.
Participate in Low level design documentation.
Participate in Functionality review
Participate in UAT and support the application after Project Go live.
