Job Title:  Salesforce.com Service Cloud Project Manager
Location: Long Island City, NY
Duration: 6-9 Month Extendable

Responsibilities
Manages assigned projects according to the project management methodology, planning tasks, controlling resources and monitoring progress, in order to effectively complete assigned projects.
Must have managed at least 2 Salesforce.com Projects lasting 6 months each
Experience in both Sales and Service Cloud Projects will be very advantageous
Excellent process driven analysis skills
Ability to facilitate meetings, including agenda and minute preparation
Maintains a detailed project plan for each project; updates the project plan to accurately reflect the project status.
Excellent interviewing, listening, facilitation and observational skills
Experience in writing clear and concise Documentation, as needed
Exercises a leadership role, ensuring the completion of projects within defined time-lines, budget controls and quality standards.
Develops project proposals on the basis of cost/benefit justification and interacts with user management to obtain approval.
Delivers presentations at meetings and other functions, as required.
As assigned, may administer personnel-related matters including interviewing and making recommendations for hire, performance evaluations, and training and development of staff.
Continually communicates the status of each assigned project to all project participants, stakeholders, and Senior Management.
Implement and deploy Salesforce.com and/or Force.com applications; Fundamental knowledge of Configuration of Salesforce.com to meet specific business requirements/workflows
Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out-of-the-box functionality as well as custom code
Train client personnel on the usage and administration of Salesforce.com - functional user training and technical training
Understand and oversee Design and Integration of business processes and data flows between Salesforce.com CRM and other applications, both downstream and upstream
Understand and oversee data conversion and testing strategies
Project Management experience is Must with min 14 yrs IT experience.
