Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
· Participate in and provide leadership for analysis leading to requirements/specifications, estimates, and system design
· Perform and oversee programming, quality assurance reviews, documentation and system deployment according to technical specifications and programming standards
· Implement bug fixes for errors found during system testing and user acceptance testing
· Ensure the development team meets all application delivery commitments
Key skills required:
· Must be proficient in SAP ABAP development including reports, interfaces, enhancements and user exits
· Must be proficient in problem analysis and troubleshooting using SAP tracing and debugging tools
· Must have experience leading a development team and communicating status updates and issues with the functional and project teams
· Knowledge in interface technologies such as ALE, IDoc, BAPI, RFC and SAP Process Integration preferred
· Knowledge in Service Oriented Architecture using Web services preferred
· Experience in developing applications in the area of Sales and Distribution (SD) preferred
· Knowledge in Web Dynpro ABAP development a plus
· Must be a good communicator
· Prior supervisory experience is a must
