Job Description:
The Mobile Application Developer Lead is responsible for leading a team of one to seven offshore developers during the development phase of a project. The Technical lead will assign work to team members, monitor progress toward goal, conduct peer code reviews, and lead the creation of technical design documentation based on system and functional requirements. The Technical Lead will act as a subject matter expert, and provide consistency in approach and technology among developers. The team lead reports to a Senior Manager and works closely with Delivery Managers to obtain priorities and provide status.
The Technical Lead must possess the following skills:
- Strong mobile development skillset: J2EE, iOS, Android, Web Services (SOAP, RESTful)
- Strong leadership skills; 4 years experience leading development teams.
- Experience architecting technical designs based on functional and business requirements.
