Detailed Job Description:
10+ years of Techno-Functional experience in PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM applications.
Must have worked on Tools 8.49 and HRMS 8.9
Must have worked on Application Engine, Component Interface and Integration Broker.
Expertise in Integration using IB/API/CI/WSDL between HCM and third Parties is Required
Functional Knowledge of implementation and maintenance of PeopleSoft HCM (HR, Payroll Interface, Benefits Administration, Base Benefits, Portal).
Expertise in Self Service Applications such as eBenefits, eProfile, eProfile
Proficient in generating reports using SQR, XML Publisher and Crystal Reports.
Skilled at designing business solutions and drafting technical specifications.
Experience in coordinating testing (Unit Test, System Integration Test and UAT), developing test strategies and executing test plans.
Exposure to writing SQL scripts in Oracle
Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication Skills. Can handle competing and changing priorities and have an aptitude to learn challenging applications.
