    The ideal candidate will possess:
    Siebel Certification
    3+ years experience in Siebel Configuration
    Siebel 8 implementation experience
    HPQC (HP Quality Center) defect and test case testing experience
    Siebel Functional Testing Experience
    Siebel 8.2 Public Sector vertical experience, a plus
    Public Sector / local government experience, a plus
