H1B Cap Reached Dates by Year

The world’s largest economy has seen a solid job gain and the drop in unemployment. American employers added 203,000 jobs in November, and the unemployment rate dropped to 7 percent, lowest level in five years.  Keeping this in perspective we can foresee a sign of significant demand for H1B visas for the next year filing season. 

The high demand will most likely result in a visa lottery just as we witnessed this year. Having said that, individuals who are planning to file H1B next year, it is always a smart idea to keep up with past H1B data and start planning ahead.
