Position: Front End – Web (UI) Developer

Location: Cupertino, CA

Duration: 6+ Months 

Experience Level:       8 Years 

Skills Required:

Primary Skills: 

•   Minimum 5 years of experience in developing front-end and user interface code for large scale web sites.

•   5+ years of experience coding in HTML, JavaScript and CSS.

•   JS Libraries (JQuery / Dojo / YUI /EXT JS).

•   Experience in Ajax, XML, JSON.

•   HTML 5/ CSS3 experience.

•   JS Frameworks exposure (Node. JS / Backbone.JS/ Bootstrap.JS /Backbone.JS / Require.JS /  Underscore.JS / Zepto.JS).

Secondary Skills: 

•  Work as a senior front-end web developer with cross functional teams. 

•  understanding and refining user interface requirements. 

•  designing and writing code.

•  clearly documenting the development process.

•  Participate in setting front-end coding standards and guidelines for the Online Store, identify and document best practices.

•  Understand the necessity of and contribute to coding standards.

•  Stay abreast of the new front-end web development technologies.

•  integrate them with Online Store to enhance the usability and efficiency of the site. 

•  Lead efforts on large-scale, global, web-based projects, ensuring robust and lasting solutions are implemented.
