Duration: 6+ months
Must have a minimum of 5 years of QA Testing, preferably leading for 2+ years and should have tested 3-5 full project lifecycle CRM implementations. Requires Test Case Strategy/Plan/Design/Reviews and coordination of QA Testing (Unit Test, Integration Test, Load Test, Performance Eng.) and UA
Skills:
* Core of the role would be to oversee QA and UAT. Person would need to partner with the Development Partner to ensure it is coordinated correctly and the outputs required to support QA/UAT are delivered
* Define the QA/UAT strategies
* Define the framework and process for creating test cases
* Define methodology for testing
* Coordinate creation of Test Scripts; scripts will be created by
project team BAs
* Manage the QA/UAT process through to completion
* Report to PM and team on progress
* Coordinate with other members of the team to manage and close out defects
Experience required:
Enterprise CRM Test Execution including complex integrations including multiple groups of users
