Job Description:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The roles and responsibilities of the Business Development Analysts include, but are not limited to:
- Provide single-point-of-contact within market(s) for National Account Teams - Account Management and Sales
- Coordinate intra-regional requests with functional teams (Legal, Operations, Pricing, etc) and own resolution
- Coordinate and/or complete proposal management tasks: customer/account setup, data upload, pricing setup, schedule generation, data quality maintenance, etc.
- Ensure functional teams are aware of upcoming deals and their priority
- Maintain knowledge of market specifics, UDC rules, processes, etc.
- Attend regional and National Account meetings
- Maintain product knowledge of regional offerings
Job Specifications:
Knowledge:
- 2+ plus years experience working with large commercial and industrial customers including experience in customer care, sales, marketing, operations, etc.
Skills / Abilities:
- Knowledge of CNE value proposition, retail markets and processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage and provide exceptional service to internal/external clients and customers
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced sales environment
- Siebel experience preferred, but not required
- Great attitude
- Ability to self-prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proficient with all MS Office software tools
- Attention to detail
- Good business judgment
