JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Business analyst\technical writer:
Candidate will provide ongoing, supporting new business processes for the duration of the assignment.
TO INCLUDE:
Writing and organizing functional level requirements.
Creating call flows and diagrams and swim lanes to support on boarding process.
Participate and provide supporting documentation as required for all status meetings and\or working sessions at which requirements, schedules, accomplishments, upcoming milestones, risks, issues, and topics requiring management attention will be discussed.
Status updates and]or reports as requested by AT&T.
Responsible for facilitation of requirements, specifications, product development.
Responsible for process development, implementation, monitoring\tracking and status communications.
Responsible for issue resolution and senior leadership reporting.
Accountable for on time product delivery, product quality and budget management.
Critical skill sets: Business Process analysis technical background Expertise in writing requirements use cases and call flows related to business process.

Responsibilities:
Supporting documentation for a new Developer facing application on boarding workflow HTTP software.
This software will be responsible for workflow management of a complex on boarding process that will be 100% automated.

4) Project Management Intermediate Required
